If it is being updated dynamically then it must be inside another UpdatePanel
There was two update panels.one have a button control and another one was within asp panel.when i hit the button this error occured.I put the asp panel within update panel.Now it is ok.but i couldn't find the reason for getting that error.

The file is being used by another process
This occured when i send a mail with attachement and replace that attachment file with same name at same time.simplly called Dispose method in finally block for attachement object.solved it.

System.IO.IOException: Expected > for tag: <{1}/>
This take place when i was generating gridview to pdf document.In my gridview there are some < characters.simply replace < character with < in gridview rowdatabound event.now it is work.

Sys.InvalidOperationException: ScriptLoader.loadScripts cannot be called while the ScriptLoader is already loading scripts.

ChangeConflictException: Row not found or changed.
I love this unclear exception message. After reading several article on concurrency regarding Linq to SQL and making sure the date field was sent correctly, I finally pin-pointed the problem when I remembered that I had changed a NOT NULL column to a NULL column.Problem solved!
